ASP was started by Buddy Logan in 1978. Buddy's father was a locksmith, that is where he got his experience. Buddy wrote the first foreign car lock service manual in this industry at the age of 17. He began filling the niche in the locksmith marketplace for foreign automotive locks and service parts. The most common misconception about ASP is that we are a manufacturer. Rather, we are an importer. ASP has over 2,000 part numbers for the domestic and foreign automotive market. We have over 1,000 part numbers in the export market pertaining to the cars not sold in America.
